Following the phenomenal success of Life Day Spa in Johannesburg, the founders of the business decided to pursue an opportunity to open a luxury spa in beautiful Cape Town. The new spa forms part of the iconic Crystal Towers Hotel in Century City.

Life Day Spa is famous for its dazzling facilities, supreme customer care and cutting edge tip to toe treatments.

Our therapists are the life-blood of our organization and all have internationally accredited qualifications. Before being allowed to administer treatments, our therapists undergo an additional 6 weeks of internal and product specific training. In this way we ensure that our guests have a truly 5 star experience at the hands of qualified and enthusiastic professionals.

Life Day Spa is at the forefront of modern skin care incorporating reputable brands such as La Prairie, Dermalogica and Skin Doctors.

In addition, we provide a host of signature treatments using our very own aromatherapy-based body product range, Sulis. This range has been prepared using the best of nature’s ingredients and is paraben free.

The spa is open 7 days a week, including most public holidays, and offers treatments into the early evening.
